John
John is the fourth Gospel of the New Testament, traditionally attributed to the apostle John, son of Zebedee, identified with the beloved disciple; many scholars date it to about 90 to 110 CE and see a longer process of composition. It moves from the Word made flesh through seven signs and long discourses to the Last Supper, the crucifixion and resurrection appearances.
