February 22 is the birthday (in 1928) of Clarence 13X (Father Allah), who founded the Nation of Gods and Earths (Five Percenters) in Harlem in 1964, teaching that the original Black man is God. Many Five Percenters observe the date as a day of reflection, study of the Supreme Mathematics and Alphabet, and community building.
